KI 31/KSD301 series snap action type thermal temperature switch, also known as 1/2 inch bimetallic thermostat, belongs to the mechanical action temperature controller. By highly sensitive bimetallic sheet through thermal deformation principle to achieve the dynamic/static contact on the internal structure of the temperature controller disconnect, so as to open the temperature control or temperature protection function, KI 31 bakelite type temperature control switch, is made of bakelite(chemical name: phenolic plastic) . its material characteristics: high strength, high density, strong insulation performance, not easy to deformation, environmental protection, temperature controller is commonly used as a cost-effective carrier material, often used in the temperature controller working environment below 150℃.

Mode of action:
1.Normally closed type(NC): Temperature rise, contact disconnect; Temperature drop, contact recovery through;
2. Normally open type :Temperature rises, the contact is connected; Temperature drop, contact recovery disconnect;
