KI 31/KSD301 series snap action temperature controller, also known as 1/2 inch bimetal snap disc thermostat , belongs to the mechanical action temperature controller switch. To achieve the dynamic/static contact on the internal structure of the temperature controller disconnect, so as to open the temperature control or temperature protection function by highly sensitive bimetallic sheet through thermal deformation principle. 

KI 31/KSD301 ceramic temperature switch, using ceramic (chemical name: 95 ceramic),its high temperature resistance, high strength, high density, strong insulation performance, not easy to deformation, environmental protection, temperature controller is often used in high temperature environment carrier material, often used in 300℃ working environment temperature controller.

Mode of action:

1.Normally closed type :Temperature rise, contact disconnect; Temperature drop, contact recovery through ;

2.Normally open type: Temperature rises, the contact is connected; Temperature drop, contact recovery disconnect ;

Main applications:
Widely used in 300℃ below the working environment of various types of temperature control and protection of the thermostat, such as small household appliances, lighting, building ventilation, inverter welding machine, UPS power supply and so on;
